Returns and Exchanges

Return

 

We offer FREE RETURN within 30 days from the delivery day. 

* Please note: If an item is marked as "Final Sale", this item is non-returnable or refundable. 

* Please note that returns registered separately can't be returned in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining the returns into the same package will slow down the refund process, so please package seperately!

* In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we have the right to not give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. 

We recommend inspecting your items before sending it back to save time and money.

Ready to return?

To start a return, please use our return portal HERE:

- It can take up to 21 days for your order to be returned back to our warehouse and be refunded.

- Once your refund is processed, it may take 3-5 business days for it to clear with your bank.

- Please note if you opt for an exchange, stock is not immediately reserved and it is possible that the item/s that you requested are no longer available when you mail your package. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item/s back to your original payment method and an email confirmation sent to you.

- Please also note that the delivery address for exchanges cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order. 

Refund

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

- Refunds will be issued as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse and inspect your order. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

 Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for a different size, allowing you to return the unwanted item(s) as part of the returns process, whilst opting for a different size to be delivered out to you instead. Exchanges for the same item are free, but must be made within 30 days of receiving your order!

Received a faulty/incorrect item

Please contact us immediately via our email fitrchofficial@gmail.com and include clear photos of the faulty or incorrect item

Our customer service support team will contact you via email and we will try and resolve your query as best we can.

DO NOT RETURN any incorrect or damaged items before getting in touch with us.
